Who said Rock's dead? The music world has been yearning for someone to come along and change the music landscape for a while now. From their no-nonsense guitar-driven sound reminiscent of 'Rage Against The Machine' meets 'The Darkness', to their electrifying fashion and stage show, that would have David Bowie and Freddie Mercury applauding from above. These guys are the real deal!

History

Hailing from Rome, Italy, in 2016, Måneskin started their journey as Street Performers. The band consists of Damiano David (Vocal), Victoria de Angelis (Bass), Thomas Raggi (Guitar), and Ethan Torchio (Drums).

Their first real taste of success came when they finished second on the Italian X Factor in 2017. With a little taste came a great hunger, so in 2019 they packed up and headed to London to hone their skills and find that missing piece they were looking for!

Reckoning begins with 'zitti e buoni'

In the Spring of 2020, it was time to head back to the motherland. The buzz around town was that these four were no joke and a force to be reckoned with. After trekking their way around the Cosmos and having the stars align, the Galaxy led them to the stage of Italy's most prestigious song contest Sanremo Music Festival 2021. Måneskin not only went on to win the contest, they captured the hearts of Italians nationwide with their hard-hitting heart-thumping song zitti e buoni. By now, Måneskin had started making waves on the Italian circuit and proving that there was still a seat at the big table for Rock Music!

As the winners of the Sanremo Music Festival 2021, Måneskin were designated as the Italian representatives for the Eurovision Song Contest held in Rotterdam, Netherlands and it was now time to give the world a taste of who these four native Italians really were! 'zitti e buoni' was their Excalibur that they took into battle and eliminated anyone who stood in their way as the live Broadcast ran High voltage Rock n Roll! It's safe to say there would've been a rise in population around the world on that unforgettable night with Måneskin taking out the Grand Prize.

The Four Seasons - Beggin'

2021 saw Måneskin release a cover of The Four Seasons - Beggin'. This pushd them to #1 on the Spotify Global Chart and past Olivia Rodrigo's superhit "good 4 u", and Ed Sheeran "Bad Habits"

Måneskin has also become the first Italian band to reach the top 10 on the UK Singles Chart

As smooth as a Ferrari, Måneskin are in their own lane and not about to be overtaken anytime soon.
